Pricing

API usage is charged on a per-request basis. Please contact us for a custom quote so that we can set up a plan that fits your needs.

Here is an indicative pricing for the API usage:

As an example, 10,000 requests to retrieve full property details and history would cost:

• 250 requests at $1.00 each
• 2,250 requests at $0.50 each
• 7,500 requests at $0.25 each
• Total: $3,250

What counts as a request?

We offer some endpoints that are free to use, and you will not be charged for using them. The following endpoints are free to use:

• /property/search: Useful for indentifying the id of a property you are interested in
• /property/comparables: Useful for finding up to 50 comparable properties for a given subject property

All other endpoints are chargeable and count as one (1) request.

Usage Monitoring

You can monitor your usage in real-time our our platform. We provide a dashboard where you can see the number of requests of each time you have made in the current month and the total amount due.

Example Usage

Let’s say you want to:

1. Search for one of your portfolio’s properties
2. Get all the details of that property
3. Get a list of the 5 best comparables for that property
4. Full details and history for each of those comparables
5. Get pricing recommendations for that property’s units

Here is how you would be charged:

1. 0 requests for searching for the subject property
2. 1 request for getting its details and full history
3. 0 requests for getting a list of 5 comparable properties
4. 5 requests for getting details and full history for each of the comparables
5. 1 request for getting pricing recommendations for the property’s units

Total requests: 7
