Online Property Reviews

We’re excited to announce that online property reviews are now available for almost all properties! These reviews are included in the property payload under the review_analysis field.

Our Natural Language Processing model analyzes reviews from multiple sources, extracting key insights on various aspects of the properties. The model highlights both positive and negative elements, and breaks reviews down into their most important topics: location, staff, amenities, cleanliness, and value.
