**Property Report Metadata**

- Added `metadata` to the `/property_report/list` endpoint to allow users to store arbitrary metadata on a report. Accept an object with strings as keys and strings, numbers or booleans as values.
- New PATCH endpoint on `/property_report/{id}/metadata` to update the metadata of a report.
